(OTCBB: AMPD), parent company of its' newly acquired Workhorse(R) subsidiary, today announced they will introduce an all-electric Step Van at the ACT "Alternative Clean Transportation" Expo, to be held June 24-27th, 2013 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. The all-electric Workhorse(R) Step Van will be available for test drives during the Ride & Drive event of the show on Wednesday, June 26th from 12-3 p.m.
Workhorse(R) will be exhibiting in booth 241 on the trade show floor of the expo hall, on Wednesday, June 26th and Thursday, June 27th. Management and sales personnel will be on-hand to discuss the firms' offerings of all-electric, compressed natural gas, propane and gasoline options that are available for the various Workhorse chassis offerings.
Workhorse will produce Step-Vans and other vehicle types using the 200,000+ sq. ft. automated Workhorse Custom Chassis plant in Union City, Indiana which was recently acquired by AMP from Navistar. Fleet managers will benefit from the significant cost-reduction breakthroughs and quick payback provided by the economies of scale Workhorse e-trucks offer.

With the acquisition of the Workhorse brand and factory, AMP will be offering an all-electric Workhorse chassis along with gasoline-powered, and alternative-fuel powered models.
