This year's Spookytown will be held on October 27th. Here is a list of the following events this year:
City Wide Trick or Treat from 6:00-8:00 PM
The Annual Lions Parade and Judging
Drop off your Goblins at the Railroad Park right off Sycamore Street on the south side of the railroad tracks on the Ohio side between 4:00 and 4:30 PM for line-up. There will be plenty of parking just off Sycamore street south of the railroad tracks. The parade will follow the Railroad Trail heading west up to the judging stand. Contestants will be judged at 5:00 PM.
Fun & Food Booths will open at 5:00 PM
Plan to come have a bite to eat at the food booths. They will be located in the Railroad Park near the shelter house. There will be a great variety of ghostly treats including Hot Chocolate, Delia’s Tacos, Masonic Lodge Chili, Hot Dogs, Chamber of Commerce Glo-sticks & other fun items, Lions Club Nut Sale, & Hobo Park will be set up nearby.
National Honor Society Trunk or Treat at 6:00 PM
Park your cars on the north side of Railroad Park facing the tracks beginning at the State Line and extending as far as the cars can go! Bring all of your goodies, pop the trunk, and let the little goblins have fun collecting your treats. This will last till the treats are gone!
UCCHS FFA Hayrides 6:00-9:00 PM. Have fun riding around town seeing the decorated houses. Board the hayrides behind Aukerman’s in the Railroad Park.
Taiko Drumming & Mississinawa Valley Band 7:30 PM State Line Plaza
UCCHS Dance Team 8:00 PM on the State Line Plaza
Frightful Movie Night 8:00 PM at 207 E. Elm St.
Annual Masquerade Ball 9:00-11:00 PM at the Pipes
